Cancellation and refund policy
- Before work begins on the reserved instrument: the deposit is 100% refundable, less any processing fees (see the note below).
- Once work has begun: the deposit is no longer refundable, but it remains transferable to a future order.
- The final $4,500 balance is payable on delivery, before shipping.
Processing fees, where applicable, are the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment platform when payment is made by credit card. A deposit paid by Interac or bank transfer generally incurs no such fee.
Warranty
Every Trigtare is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the Y-shaped string networks, nor damage resulting from misuse or accident. For any repair, contact us: we coordinate directly with the luthier.
